Wind is Howling and Horse is Neighing! Thousands of People Gathered and Sang the Song, namely, the Yellow River Cantata
The Yellow River is the cradle of the 5,000-year civilization of the Chinese nation, and Hukou Waterfall is an important symbol of the Yellow River Civilization. When the 70th birthday celebration event of our motherland was held everywhere, Hongyuan Cultural Tourism Group Co., Ltd. joined hands with the Elders’ Happiness Channel and the Organizing Committee of the National Middle-aged and Elderly TV Spring Festival Gala on October 16, 2019 and held a big event to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the people's Republic of China, namely, "Yellow River Cantata". The event was also the large-scale cultural and tourism activity held in lovely autumn days, with thousands of middle-aged and elder literature and art lovers from all over the country gathered in Shanxi Province, being accompanied by the Hukou Waterfall and at the river bank of Yellow River. They joined together and sang songs including “I Love You, China”, “Ode to the Motherland”, “Defend the Yellow River”, “My Homeland” and other classic patriotic songs like “Defend the Yellow River”, “My Motherland” and the classic patriotic songs themed by “I Love You, China. I Wish I could Sing the Most Beautiful to You”.
In this event, through the form of cantata performance, the elderly conveyed their highest praise to our motherland and to the Yellow River with their enthusiastic songs. During the performance, the conductor of the cantata was full of enthusiasm, and the performers sang the songs from their soul. Their beautiful and loud voices were interwoven with and mixed in the growling waterfalls. With Hukou Waterfall as the big stage, performers showed their spirits to us, just like the rush of the magnificent Yellow River. It was a true and vivid portrayal of Chinese people, showing how persistent and brave rushing forward like the Yellow River over the past 7 decades, building up our country wholeheartedly. It was a rainy day in late autumn, which was pretty chill, however, the fire of passion burning in all hearts overcame the chill. Accompanied by the rush of waterfalls as the drums and with our five-star red flag fluttering, we sang with our Mother River, excited and proud. The cultural confidence and national pride arose spontaneously, with the lyrics “I love you, the Yellow River; I love you, our motherland!” going. The Yellow River is a great river, waves on waves, and she’ll be our faith as the Mother River forever. It is important to be grateful to our motherland and to the Yellow River, carry forward the Yellow River culture and pursue the soul of the nation. "Yellow River Cantata" of Hongyuan Cultural Tourism Group Co., Ltd., the large-scale open-air performance event, drew to a successful end, being grateful to all of compatriots from all over the country for their support. Right in the celebration of 70th birthday of our motherland, wish her a prosperous and bright future.
