Hukou Branch of Hongyuan Cultural Tourism Group Co., Ltd. Held an Educational Training on Safety

In the evening of November 20, 2020, Hukou Branch of Hongyuan Cultural Tourism Group Co., Ltd. held an educational training on safety in the meeting room on the third floor of the staff dormitory building. The participants include all members of Safety and Security Department, new employees, group leaders (including those who have a higher rank) and all operational drivers of Traffic Operations Department, supervisors and above level pesons of Marketing Department, property drivers and supervisors and above level pesons, supervisors and above level pesons of Kenan Slope, personnel of Administrative Management and Logistics Department and group leaders and chefs of staff kitchen.

The training was hosted by Yang Yong, manager of Integrated Department. Wang Tianqing, executive vice president of the company, and Zhang Feng, vice general manager, attended the training also, sitting in the rostrum. At the beginning of the training, all the people watched a warning video about firefighting and traffic accidents. After that, Zhao Feng, vice general manager, gave a clear working schedule of key tasks, covering “prevention of icicle falling accidents in the winter this year and early spring next year” of Hukou Waterfalls Tourism Area, road traffic in winter, market safety, natural disaster prevention, firefighting in winter, COVID-19 prevention and control, public opinion collection and handling, logistics safety, etc. Mr. Zhao said that safety was first forever, especially considering the development of the tourism area, which was also the key part of the management and top priority of people. Therefore, he urged that as company leaders at all levels and staff, they should keep this in mind: “Stay alert to issues related to safety”; “Safety first”; and “Safety is the bottom line that no one should take it lightly!”. For working in the future, everyone should adhere to the spirit of “Life first, safety first”, deepen the understanding and recognition of safe development, enhance the mindset of “safety is the bottom line”, refine the divisions and ensure the implementations of duties related to safety assurance so as to make proper and specialized improvements on safe production and management, implement the effective measures on screening out of potential hazards in each key areas and prevent severe or big accidents. As long as all the departments related to safety and safe production could keep an eye on the issues, check things regularly and carefully without concealing, handle the possible problems proactively and implement the measures in a careful and serious manner, the safety of all the staff and touristed could be ensured, which could also lay a good foundation for the development of the tourism area.

Finally, Wang Tianqing, executive vice president, conducted a detailed training and gave a guidance on “strengthening the safety management of tourist attractions in accordance with the law”. Mr. Wang emphasized the related concepts of tourism safety and “six-word tips” of “safety”, “smoothness”, “integrity”, “sttractiveness”, “satisfaction” and “pleasure”, which was proposed by Mr. Lou Yangsheng, secretary of provincial Party Committee, at the 2016 Tourism Development Conference. Mr. Wang stressed several points as follows: strengthen the safety management in the scenic spot in accordance with the law in the future, set up a leader group specialized in safety management, establish and keep refining the system of safety management in the company according to the Provision 54 in Chapter 8 of the Regulations on the Tourism in Shanxi Province and Article 6 of Measures of Tourism Safety Management, carefully implement “Ten Elements” of safety management and set up a mechanism combining the restraints with encouragements, with adherence to the core of “one policy, two principles”; highlight the key factors and also give considerations to the less important factors comprehensively; keep an eye on functional department management, as well as comprehensive management; improve the cohesion of prevention system and safety assurance system; carry forward safety culture, yet at the same time be alert to the potential hazards all the time; carry out the safety checks and problem solving in parallel; implement the responsibility system and refine the accountability system; enhance the safety management and promote the system of safe production check. In addition, the leaders should be responsible in all respects. All of factors involved should be in place, including the system of training, specialized group of safety management, regulations and rules implementation, technical skills, precautions and according measures, preventions, inspections, refinement and punishment, and awareness of safety. The goal is to set up a warning system of safety education in an overall, comprehensive, targeted effective, developmental and regular manner. No one should be tolerant of free riding, indifference, laziness, arrogance, boldness, impatience, restlessness, pique, complacency, curiosity and other unsafe psychological factors. Everyone should take it seriously, checking everything carefully like unknown knowledge, institution, regulations, logs, equipment, potential risks and measure etc. Everyone should keep 6 points in mind, including adherence to “safe production”, the responsibility of the first person being accountable for the safe production, effective safety regulations, the priority given to safe production, one-vote veto and dependence on staff in terms of safe production and management. We will strictly strengthen production safety. The principle of one-vote veto for safe production remains unchanged. All the hazards should be eliminated in their infancy so as to provide a safe, peaceful and comfortable tourism environment for tourists, promoting the development of Hukou Waterfall Tourism Area.
