Promotion team from "Door of Grand Xiamen·Xiang'an of Min Rhythm" Visiting Hukou Waterfall

2019 Promotion team from "Door of Grand Xiamen·Xiang'an of Min Rhythm" in Xiamen city arrived at Shanxi Yellow River Hukou Waterfall Tourism Area to visit for exchange at 10a.m. on October 23,2019.

The promotion team is composed of 22 staffs from 14 units, including people's government of Xiang'an district, Xiamen Cultural and Tourism Bureau and etc.and guided by Cheng Ming, deputy district head of people's government of Xiang'an district.Zhao Feng, operation general manager of Hongyuan Cultural and Tourism Area is responsible for reception.

During visit,the promotion team firstly marvels at the grand,momentous,magnificent and beautiful scene of Yellow River Hukou Waterfall. The members of promotion team stopped at Yellow River band for a long time and took the photo one after another with the mother river to mark the occasion, saying Yellow River Hukou Waterfall deserves the world greatest yellow waterfall.

Taking the exchange and interaction between Yellow River and Min culture as the bond, the promotion team discussed with Hongyuan Cultural and Tourism Area. Both parties started from the perspective of the long development of cultural and tourism industry to exchange face to face through discussion, commonly discussing about coastal and inland ecological agriculture development, characteristic small town construction, cultural and tourism publicity strategy, supporting facility construction and other practical issues.

Both parties expressed tourism resources in Xiamen and Hukou are complementary. Enhance exchange and cooperation, mutually learn from positive experiences, strengthen friendly communicate, strive for reciprocity, mutual benefits and win-win cooperation to commonly promote new development of cultural and tourism industry.

Delegation of Victoria Falls City in Zimbabwe Visiting Hukou Waterfall

Government delegation of Victoria Falls City in Zimbabwe arrived at Hukou Town, Ji County, Linfen, Shanxi Province to visit Yellow River Hukou Waterfall at 10a.m. on October 23, 2019.

The delegation of Victoria Falls City in Zimbabwe is composed of six people, including Somveli Dhlamini, mayor of Victoria Falls City, Niamand Bryan, city office secretary and director general of government housing planning and community service bureau of Victoria Falls City, Sepandar Serena, city engineer of government urban planning design department of Victoria Falls City, Zhao Ke, China-Africa Economic & Cultural Exchange Center, Jin Shan, project manager of China-Africa Economic & Cultural Exchange Research Center, and other people. Li Lingzhi, standing deputy director of Hukou Waterfall Tourism Area Management Committee and other people are responsible for reception.

During this visit, the delegation of Victoria Falls City in Zimbabwe firstly appreciates the magnificent scene of Yellow River Hukou Waterfall highly, saying Yellow River Hukou Waterfall deserves “Yellow River Wonder”. Yellow River civilization has a distant source and long stream. The natural landscape of Hukou Waterfall is superior with a long history and culture and full of infinite development potential.

Taking Victoria Falls and Yellow River Hukou Waterfall as bridge, both parties of China and Africa discussed against energy exploitation and use of grand river waterfall tourism area, environmental protection and rational utilization of resources,the construction of intelligent tourism area and other issues. Both parties have enhanced learning and cooperation  through the exchange of experience, expecting to realize the common development of China-Africa economy and culture.
